The website presents THOR Systems services and provides a free contact form and a form to express interest in the newsletter. An enquiry does not form an installation contract or create an obligation to purchase. Project terms are agreed separately.
Contact form
You need a current browser, internet access and JavaScript enabled. Complete all fields accurately using your own contact details. The service transmits your enquiry to our office and ends when the message is sent. Illegal content, malware and spam are prohibited.
Expressing interest in the newsletter
After you provide your own email address and consent, your request is sent to our office. This free service does not activate automatic newsletters or an email reply. Confirmation appears on the website. You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing biuro@thorsystems.pl. Consent covers recording your interest and is not expanded by changes to these terms.
Problems and complaints
Email biuro@thorsystems.pl or write to our postal address with the problem and your contact details. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt. Keep software updated and check links to reduce phishing risks. We do not request passwords, payments or identity documents in the form.
You may save or print these terms from your browser. They apply from 18 September 2026 and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
